Did Petareus Arm Both Sides of the Iraq Civil War?

Here is another view of General David Petraeus and his role in Iraq. In this article, the person being interviewed by Amy Goodman argues that Petraeus has helped arm both Shia death squads and now Sunni death squads. These death squads are basically private militias under the control of tribal leaders and religious leaders in Iraq. They are definitely not under the control of the Iraqi government.
