Will John Boccieri Get Primary Opponent?

There is a rumor going around Medina County political circles that a prominent local Democrat may take out petitions to run against Representative John Boccieri in the 16TH Congressional District primary. Supposedly there was a recent meeting on the west side
of Cleveland with some labor leaders in which he told them of this possibility. Apparently a number of local labor leaders in the Cleveland area aren't happy with Boccieri's vote on health care reform. Stay tuned for further details.

Isn't it nice that a supposed democratic blog/website is being used to undercut our democratic congressman in one of the most highly competitive districts in the country. I'm sure Jim Renacci will be much more aligned with MCDAC's health care positions than John Boccieri.....

The fact is, if you're not going to vote like a democrat...who gives a crap what you call yourself. john, who i have known for some eight or none years now, is running scared. this vote was not about aultman (remember, aultman also runs aultcare, one of the largest health insurance companies in the area...im sure they would never lie to prevent a public option they would have to compete with from becoming law) or the cost of the bill. john was trying to calm down jason wise and his merry band of teabaggers who have protested at his office on numerous occassions. but of course, it wont work. john could vote their entire agenda while sporting a few hundred tea bags himself and he would not win them over.
he traded in his values and his base and will get nothing in exchange. he missed his calling...he should have been GM for the Browns.

Um, but Boccieri voted against the Health Care Reform Bill in the House.
